Cheese Spread

1 lb Velveeta cheese      --Chop fine and add enough salad dressing
6-8 hard boiled eggs        to spread.  Keeps well in refrigerator--
1 small onion               for about a week.

Church Stew

3 lbs boiling beef, cubed   --brown meat, add onion & water.  Cook
2 qts cold water              slowly for 2 hours.

1 tsp salt
2 c tomatoes, canned or fresh
8 carrots, sliced               --Add and cook 1 hour more.
2 c green beans
1 c diced potatoes
½ c chopped celery

Honey Butter

6 c butter or margarine          --Mix together with mixer until
8 c honey                          creamy.  Store in refrigerator.

Hot Chocolate Drink

8 qt box dry milk                  Mix together.  Store in airtight
1 small quick chocolate mix        containers.  To use, add about
1 small jar powdered cream         ½ of coffee cup of mix to hot
½ c powdered sugar (optional)      water.  Can add marshmellows.
                                   Good cold, too.

Meat Pie

2 lbs cubed stew meat         --Coat meat with flour and brown in
3 c boiling water               small amount of shortening.
2/3 c tomato juice              Add all in top of list and simmer
½ tsp worcestershire sauce      about 1 hour.
2 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
1 piece of cloves, whole
4 or 5 carrots, sliced        --Add vegetables and thicken broth
1 medium to large onion         with about 3 Tbsp flour in ¼ c
4 or 5 potatoes, cubed          water.  Spoon in individual pans,
1 c peas, liquid and all        make pastry for top--no holes in top
                                if freezing.

Bake at 425° for 40-45 minutes.  Cut slits in top before baking.
If baking unfrozen, bake at 400° for 40-45 minutes.

Noodles

2 eggs               --Blend eggs, cream & salt.   Gradually add
1 Tbsp cream           flour and work it in.  Dough should be stiff
½ tsp salt             after all flour is added in.  Roll out thin
1½ c flour.            and cut into strips.  Place on waxed paper,
                       cover with towel and allow to dry for several
                       days.  Keep in air tight container.
