Rhubarb Salad

4 c rhubarb, cut (may use frozen)   --Cook over low heat til rhubarb
2 c white sugar                       is done, using no water.

1 3oz package red jello, dry    -- Stir in dry jello and marshmellows
2 c miniature marshmellows         Cool until it starts to set, stir
      OR                           in topping and refrigerate.
20 large marshmellows
2 c whipped topping                Nice & thick, not too tart.
