Quick Cinnamon Coffee Cake

1½ c flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder          Mix together and pour into 9"x9"
½ c sugar                      greased cake pan.
½ tsp salt
¼ c lard or shortening
1 egg
2/3 c milk

TOPPING:  1/3 c brown sugar
          ½ tsp cinnamon                  --Mix together and
          1 Tbsp flour                      sprinkle over cake
          1 Tbsp butter                     batter.
          ½ c chopped nuts, if desired      Bake at 325° for 25 min.
                                            or until done.
