Oatmeal Spice Cake

1 c white sugar            ½ tsp nutmeg
1 c brown sugar            ½ tsp salt
2 eggs                     1½ c cooked oatmeal, thinned slightly
1 1/3 c flour                 with hot water
1 tsp soda                           OR
1 tsp cinnamon             1¼ c boiling water      ) Mix together
                           1 c quick oatmeal       ) and let stand
Mix well and pour          1 stick margarine (½ c) ) 20 minutes.
into greased 9" x 13" cake pan.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
