Lemon Pie

juice of 1 lemon (3 Tbsp)
1 c sugar                        Cook in small sauce pan over
2 Tbsp cornstarch                medium heat, stirring constantly,
1 c water                        until thick.  Pour in baked pie
2 egg yolks, beaten              shell, top with meringue (see above
                                 recipe) and bake 10 minutes at
                                 400°, until golden brown.
