Pie Crust

2 c flour
3/4 c lard or shortening               Mix together with fork until
¼ tsp salt                             crumbly.  Chill.
pinch of baking powder

Add 6 - 8 Tbsp cold water   --mix together until no longer crumbly.

roll out on floured surface.

Pie Crust (from Elaine Levos)

3 c flour                       Mix flour, shortening, & salt
½ tsp salt                      until crumbly.  Make "nest" in
3 Tbsp brown vinegar            mixture and add eggs, vineger,
1 c shortening (Crisco          and water.  Mix together.
1 egg, beaten
6-8 Tbsp cold water

Roll out between 2 wax papers.
