Brownie Master Mix

6 c flour                 --Mix ingredients thoroughly with mixer
4 tsp baking powder         til fine and crumbly.  Refrigerate in
4 tsp salt                  airtight container.  **Keeps indefinately
2½ c cocoa
8 c sugar               TO USE: 3 1/3 c mix
2 c shortening                  2 eggs, beaten
                                2 Tbsp water          --Mix and
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.    1 tsp vanilla           bake in
                                ½ c chopped nuts        9"x13" pan .
